IT PROTECTS YOUR MOST VALUABLE ITEMS
This thin backpack is made to carry things that are much more expensive than the backpack itself. With this video you will see that we made sure that your laptop is safe.
On the sides of your laptop is protected by 8 mm shockproof foam. Putting a backpack with a new Macbook on the ground is no longer scary - 8 mm foam is also sewn into the bottom of your backpack. Most of the backpacks out there are beautiful and stylish in photos, but when you get them, it looks like a rumpled, cheap item.
With this demonstration, we want to show that PleatPack is the same as it is in our photos. Your new backpack will have a thin, tough design and will not change under the influence of external forces. We create forms and you enjoy them.

In our workshop we can produce a personalized PleatPack for you. Almost from the very beginning of tailoring the backpack, we put your name, your favorite nickname, company name, or a short phrase on the shoulder strap of your backpack. This will be the perfect gift for your loved one, colleague and yourself.
We need 3 to 7 business days to produce such a backpack for you. The time starts from the next day of the order day. The backpack will be shipped the next business day after it is ready.
It is possible to put up to 12 latin characters, given spaces. Personalization is available for any color of backpack.

The service is available from July 11, 2020.

I'm a city goer – the urban way of life is more than that to me, it's a passion. For far too long, I felt like my day bag was too bulky, too open, and not secure, for me to actually feel as though my belongings were safe and secure each and every day.
We're firm believers that quality comes with oversight. This means that we oversee the production of every single PleatPack that we sell right from the comforts of our own facilities. We don't believe in outsourcing production – instead, we've gone the extra mile to design and build our very own modern production workshop, where we can create, innovate, and ideate new iterations of the PleatPack.
With that, I set out to design a new type of backpack that drew on advanced technology to help upgrade the ordinary experience for the modern user. Made with high-end components, laser-cut metals, and industry-leading electronics, PleatPack is the backpack of the future, today.

Usually, all orders placed before 1:30 pm (GMT), we ship the same day. Orders placed on Saturday after 10 am GMT will be shipped on Monday. Sunday is a day off.
Personalized backpacks are dispatched within 4-8 days after placing an order.
PleatPack can be delivered to 162 countries of the world. All products are sent directly from the warehouse of our sewing production from Ukraine.
Immediately after dispatch you will receive a tracking number so you can track it every step of the way.
Depending on where you are in the world, delivery from Ukraine may take some time. Estimated delivery times:
- to most European countries: 8-12 days;
- to the USA, Canada, Finland, Spain, Switzerland, Sweden: 10-14 days;
- to Japan, Russia, Hong Kong: 15-17 days;
- to Australia, Denmark, Greece, Luxembourg, Portugal, Singapore: 16-18 days;
- to Brazil, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Malaysia, New Zealand: 24 days.

Returns and Exchanges
We've got you covered with our 30-day return/ exchange policy.
If for any reason, you do not like our products, you have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to return them back to us and we'll refund your money after we receive the products back in our warehouse.
All items must be returned in the original condition and in the original packaging. PleatPack's gift cards are not returnable or refundable, nor are any promotional or final (clearance) sale items.
At this time, we do not offer free returns or exchanges. You are responsible for shipping the item back at your own expense.
Personalized backpacks are non-refundable. We put your name on them, and so they become forever yours.
How to process a Return or Exchange?
Please submit a request to hello@pleatpack.com from the email address you placed the order. Please include your order number and product specifications for the item to be returned/ exchanged.
Our support team will email you the RMA reference number along with the instructions on how and where to ship your return. The RMA reference number will be valid for 30 days. If the return is not received within 30 days, the return/ exchange will not be honored.
What happens if I received a defective item?
If you are reporting a defective item, please attach photographs of the defects in the product to help us take a timely action for your request. We process all such exchanges at no extra cost to you.
How long does a refund or exchange take to process?
We take up to 3 business days to respond to you. Once the item is returned to our Returns Center, please allow 10-14 business days for your refund to be processed by your bank.
What about customs fees on replacement items for international shipments?
The customs fee on the replacement item may or may not apply depending on the import rules of the respective country. PleatPack Design will not be liable for any such customs charges. If you refuse to take delivery of the product(s), as a result of import taxes, customs duties, and fees, PleatPack reserves the right to charge you for the return cost of the product(s). This amount will be deducted from your refund once the item is received at our warehouse.
